SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are shipped within 48 hours on Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. For made-to-order and customized products, allow two weeks to produce. If more than 14 days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Return & Exchange Policy
If there is a concern with your product and you wish to exchange your order for whatever reason, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Purchases for items that were lost in shipping or never received can be refunded. No free returns.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email us the reason you wish to return or exchange your product with proof of purchase
If approved, you will receive a confirmation email
Send all items back to us packaged as received
